The Vandoren V12 SR6125 reed for alto saxophone was created based on the success of the V12 clarinet reeds, retaining all their advantages. It offers precise attack, a homogeneous timbre in every register, controlled high notes, and a warm sound. Thanks to the thicker cane, elongated cut, and thicker tip, the reed produces a rich, deep sound and has a longer lifespan. Made from natural cane and vacuum-packed.
