Vandoren V12 reeds for soprano saxophone became a logical continuation of the success of the similar V12 clarinet reeds. They maintain all the acoustic advantages characteristic of the previous models, such as precise attack, a homogeneous timbre in every register, a warm and velvety sound, as well as control over high notes. V12 reeds are made from thicker cane, which gives them a rich and deep sound and increases their lifespan.
