This model retains all the power and tone of the original Super Distortion, which has long been the standard for high output humbuckers, but is optimized for the classic sloped bridge position.

The Super Distortion S delivers a warm, powerful sound with a rich midrange that cuts through the mix with ease. The highs remain mellow for a comfortable sound, while the low end and mids create a rich and balanced tone. Thanks to the 4-pin cable, you get additional options: parallel and split modes for experimenting with the sound. This pickup is also a perfect match for the Pro Track, The Chopper, and Fast Track 1 models in a neck position.
