Designed specifically for Steve Vai's legendary Ibanez PIA guitar, the DiMarzio UtoPIA Neck combines elegance with state-of-the-art engineering. The unique baroque laser finish with gold pattern adds a sophisticated look, while its sound meets the highest demands of professional guitarists.

The UtoPIA Neck pickup is based on the Evolution Neck platform, but with an added emphasis on rich bass and tight, full-bodied highs. This pickup has a warmer sound in the upper midrange, with a less aggressive attack, which gives you better control while playing. The harmonics that are a signature feature of the Evolution series remain just as expressive here, adding musicality to any style of performance.

The UtoPIA Neck is ideal for solid body guitars, delivering deep low end, rich midrange, and controlled highs. Thanks to the use of a ceramic magnet, the pickup maintains clarity even in complex arrangements.

The model is available only in F-Spaced version, making it an ideal choice for guitars with wide string positions.
