Klotz C6AUFEH-D is a professional Cat.6a installation network cable designed for the transmission of analog and digital audio signals as well as multimedia traffic over IP networks. The design is based on four pairs of conductors Ø 0.57 mm (AWG 23/1), made of solid copper wire, each pair is separately shielded with AL/PET foil for effective protection against electromagnetic interference.
The cable complies with DIN IEC 61156-5 and provides stable operation up to 1000 Mbps. Polyethylene foam insulation, tight stranding and characteristic impedance of 100 Ohm ±15% guarantee stable signal transmission over long distances. U/FTP design (shield of each pair) reduces crosstalk, which is especially important in conditions of intensive electromagnetic background.
Due to fire-resistant, halogen-free sheathing materials (according to IEC 60332-1-2, IEC 60754-1/2) the cable complies with fire safety class CPR Dca - s2, d2, a1 and is recommended for permanent installation in public spaces. Increased smoke density (IEC 61034-2) avoids significant smoke in case of fire.
