The Rean by Neutrik RC5M XLR connector is a five-pole male cable connector that combines Neutrik quality with the optimized price of the Rean brand. Thanks to its robust mechanics and sophisticated design, it is suitable for DMX connections, audio or control lines in professional equipment.
The RC5M housing is made of cast zinc with a nickel-plated finish, which provides high wear resistance and effective shielding against interference. A reinforced polyamide insert guarantees the durability and precision of the contacts. The contact group supports currents up to 10 A, with low contact resistance ≤ 5 mΩ and reliable insulation over 1.5 GΩ. The connector is designed for more than 1000 connection cycles, making it suitable for intensive professional use.
The RC5M supports cables with a diameter of 4-7 mm, has a solder connection of the contacts and an ergonomic design that facilitates installation and operation in any environment.
