The Rean by Neutrik NYS229 6.3 mm Mono Jack is a reliable and affordable solution for professional audio applications. This open 2-pole connector (1/4" type, TS) is designed for cable mounting and is ideal for guitar systems, studio and stage connections where a simple and effective analog connection is required.
The NYS229 is constructed of brass with tin plated contacts for corrosion protection and stable conductivity. Due to its low contact resistance of ≤10 mΩ and high insulation resistance of ≥2000 mΩ, the connector provides clear signal transmission even in harsh environments. The design allows for more than 5000 connections, and fixation is carried out via the supplied washer and nut.
The connector is equipped with 0.205" wide chamfered tabs for easy installation and simplified connections in applications requiring quick assembly.
