The Eko Guitars VPJ-280 Tribute Starter Series is a four-string electric bass from Eko Guitars. The design of this guitar is inspired by the Precision Bass, but the sound it produces is balanced between the Precision and Jazz styles.

The neck of the bass guitar is made of maple with a low C-profile, which makes playing it comfortable and pleasant. The fingerboard is made of Eko Resin WPC, which is a combination of wood-polymer composites and provides stability and high-quality sound. The instrument has 21 frets, made in the Medium Jumbo style with a thickness of 2.5 mm, which allows you to play with comfort and precision. The pickups include 1 JB on the bridge and 1 PJ on the neck, which skillfully reproduce different sound styles, allowing you to mix them for a greater variety of sounds. This configuration of pickups allows you to get a sound similar to Jazz Bass, and Precision Bass, or combine them.

Controls include volume and tone controls, making it easy to adjust the sound to suit the musician's preferences. The Eko Precision Bass bridge provides stable and accurate tuning. The finish of the body is glossy, and the neck has a matte coating, which adds style and comfort during playing.
