The Guild Starfire Bass II is a semi-acoustic bass guitar that is a modern interpretation of the iconic instrument of the 60s. Its distinctive deep, rich tone brings us back to the legendary tracks of that era, when artists like Jack Cassady (Jefferson Airplane) and Phil Lesh (Grateful Dead) chose the Starfire Bass to create their iconic compositions.
This model features a hollow laminated mahogany body with an arched top and back. Dual Guild BS-1 BiSonic pickups add tonal flexibility, allowing for both bright, resonant sounds and a warm, full-bodied bass tone.
