The Gibson J-45 Studio Walnut body is made of premium walnut wood, which is known for its unique sound that adds warmth and resonance. The Sitka spruce top provides clarity and excellent projection, making the guitar ideal for both stage and studio recording. The traditional X-Bracing spring system contributes to the full, balanced tone that sets the J-45 apart from other acoustic guitars.
The mahogany neck features an Advanced Response profile for easy and comfortable playing. The 16-inch radius walnut fingerboard with MOP dot inlays provides fast and accurate playing, allowing your fingers to move freely across the neck. With a 24.75” scale length and 20 standard frets, this guitar is versatile for any playing style.
The guitar is equipped with an LR Baggs Element Bronze pickup system that accurately captures the natural sound of the instrument, making it ideal for live performances and studio recordings. The walnut bridge and Tusq saddle, as well as the 1.725” wide Tusq fingerboard, provide excellent tuning stability and improve resonance and clarity.
