The Cort GA-MEDX (Open Pore) electro-acoustic guitar is an affordable and high-quality model from the Grand Regal series, designed for musicians looking for a versatile instrument with excellent sound and classic design. Thanks to the use of the popular Grand Auditorium body shape, the guitar has balanced dimensions, making it ideal for both fingerpicking and strumming.
The top of the instrument is made of spruce, which provides an ideal balance between strength and flexibility. The back and sides are made of mahogany, adding a deep, rich tone to the guitar.
A unique feature of this model is the Open Pore finish, which not only allows you to enjoy the natural wood texture but also enhances the instrument's natural volume and brightness, allowing the wood to "breathe".
The Cort GA-MEDX is equipped with a Cort CE306T preamp and pickup system with a 4-band equalizer and built-in tuner. The original Cort bridge with a concave surface improves sustain by optimizing the string angle while reducing string tension in the neck area for more comfortable playability.
