The Fender Malibu Vintage Black has a full-size Malibu Concert body that delivers a bright and balanced sound. The top is made of solid Sitka spruce, which adds to the guitar's clarity and tone. The bottom and sides are made of solid ovangkola, which adds warmth and volume to the sound.
The okume neck has an ergonomic V-shaped profile that makes playing comfortable even during long performances. The neck and bridge are made of ovangkol, which improves the resonance of the instrument. The short scale (25") contributes to a softer string tension, which makes playing easier.
Thanks to the Fishman Sonitone Plus pickup system, the Fender Malibu Vintage Black sounds great both in pure acoustic mode and when connected to an amplifier. The built-in controls are located inside the soundhole, allowing you to fine-tune the guitar without any unnecessary elements on the body.
