The KX series electric guitars are made specifically for today's musicians who prefer classic instruments that have been tested over time. Ergonomic and graceful body shape with two cutouts and expressive curves, a thin "fast" neck, which provides ease of use of the upper frets, high-quality electronics and a wide tonal range make this series a great choice for any genre of music.
The Cort KX507 Multi Scale is a seven-string beast, now equipped with Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker high-tech pickups to fully unleash the limitless tonal possibilities of this stunning instrument. Improved fret geometry with a "neutral" fret in 8th position and improved placement of volume and tone controls make playing more comfortable. The hull is now crafted from selected mahogany wood.
The fan-shaped fret and multi-dimensionality compensate for the difference in string tension and provide a crisper, firmer and tighter sound for every note, especially on the 6th and 7th strings.
The original fixed bridge on the KX507 Multi Scale consists of 7 individual saddles and is angled. It allows you to easily adjust the scale and pitch of each string, and also improves intelligibility and articulation even when playing chords. The string-through-body design noticeably improves resonance and sound saturation.
Genuine Fishman Fluence pickups are free of the annoying hum, noise and inductance problems that even the best pickups are prone to. Only pure, undistorted and musical sound is the recipe for the popularity of Fishman Fluence.
