The Yamaha Pacifica 212VFM electric guitar is a sophisticated and improved version of the legendary Pacifica 112V model. This guitar combines an elegant design, excellent playability, and extraordinary tonal versatility, making it ideal for playing any genre of music.
The Pacifica 212VFM's body is made of alder, giving it a well-balanced clean sound with a rich midrange. The upper part of the body is decorated with a beautiful wavy maple top, which gives the guitar a sophisticated look. The head of the neck is covered with maple veneer, painted in the color of the body, which makes the design of the guitar even more harmonious.
The neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, which ensures comfortable play. The "C" neck profile adds extra comfort for musicians. Three pickups provide the impressive sound of the guitar with Alnico V magnets: two singles and one humbucker. These pickups guarantee a wide timbre palette – from ringing clean notes to powerful metal riffs.
An additional advantage of the Pacifica 212VFM is the cut-off function (Coil Tap), which expands the tonal possibilities of the instrument. A push-pull switch on the tone knob lets you instantly switch between humbucker and single mode. Classic 6-screw vintage tremolo with massive cast saddles provides increased sustain and improved response of the instrument.
This model includes 22 middle frets, chrome closed-type mechanics, a 41 mm wide polyurethane top fret, and a 350 mm fretboard radius. The guitar is also equipped with a 5-way pickup switch, volume and tone knobs, as well as keys for anchor and tremolo adjustments.
