Electric guitar Ibanez AZ24S1F-TKS (Transparent Black Sunburst) is a significant step forward compared to the models of the initial GIO series. The guitar is distinguished by its stylish design, flexible electronics control system and ergonomic body design.

The guitar's deck is made of alder, which provides a well-balanced tone with pronounced midrange and bright highs. On the top of the deck is a thin decorative layer of maple with a beautiful «fire» pattern. This is a purely aesthetic element that gives the instrument a premium look. At the same time, the body has a relatively new ergonomic AZ shape, which combines the classic contours of the Stratocaster with deep cutaways and rounded edges for maximum comfort when playing.

The neck is made of heat-treated maple (Roasted Maple). This wood is incredibly durable and resistant to changes in humidity and temperature. The fretboard is made of jatoba wood, which makes the guitar sound brighter and richer. The fretboard radius is 305 mm, which is optimal for playing solos and, especially, chords. The neck has 24 Jumbo frets with stainless steel frets, which are very resistant to wear and corrosion.

The electric guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups with Alnico V magnets, which are great for playing with distortion or overdrive. The key feature is the pickup mode control system. The 5-way switch and an additional 2-way mini-switch (Alter) together give 10 different tonal combinations. The Power Tap mode allows you to «split» the humbuckers in such a way as to get a more realistic and ringing sound of singles. There are also volume and tone controls.

In addition, the guitar has a T106 tremolo bridge with six independent saddles. It allows you to use the vibrato effect and, at the same time, easily adjust the intonation and pitch of each string. The pegs with a string locking mechanism reliably fix the tuning and significantly speed up the string change, which is a very important aspect for a guitar with a tremolo system.
