Electric guitar Ibanez PS60-BK (Black) is a signature model designed for KISS guitarist Paul Stanley. It is part of a series characterized by a unique asymmetrical Iceman body shape and is focused on rock and roll, hard rock and other «heavy» genres of music.

The guitar body is made of poplar, which provides good sustain and balanced tone. The scale of the guitar is short, 24.75 inches (like classic Gibson guitars). Such a scale requires less string tension, which makes bends easier, and the sound is more «fat» and warm, which is ideal for powerful riffs.

The guitar has a bolt-on maple neck. The Purpleheart wood fingerboard, which not only contributes to rich midrange, but also adds aesthetic appeal to the instrument. The fingerboard radius is 305 mm, which makes the neck quite flat. The neck has 22 Medium frets, inlaid with white acrylic blocks.

The model is equipped with two ceramic humbuckers (neck and bridge), which provide a clear, focused and dense sound, which is well suited for playing at high gain. The electronics control scheme in the guitar is traditional — there are separate volume controls for each pickup and a general tone control.

The instrument has a fixed Gibraltar Performer bridge (without tremolo). It provides good sustain and excellent tuning stability, as the strings are securely fixed. At the same time, a special tailpiece makes it much easier and faster to change strings (thanks to the specific Iceman design). The bridge and pegs are chrome-plated, which makes the guitar design even more stylish and attractive.
