Electric guitar LTD EC-256 (Silver Sunburst)

The LTD EC-256 (Silver Sunburst) electric guitar is one of the most popular in the LTD budget line. It offers a classic single-cutaway design similar to the Gibson LP. The guitar's top is made of mahogany wood, which provides a deep, «fat» tone, ideal for high-gain amplifiers.

The guitar's glued-in neck is also made of mahogany and consists of three pieces, which provides additional structural stability. The Thin U neck profile is convenient for complex and fast solos. The neck has a rosewood fingerboard with a radius of 350 mm. The neck has 22 Extra Jumbo (XJ) frets, marked with flag markers. The 24.75-inch scale makes the strings softer, which positively affects the comfort when playing the guitar.

The presented model has two ESP Designed LH-150B humbuckers (in the bridge) and LH-150N (in the neck). These are ESP's own pickups that provide a high output signal necessary for aggressive genres. At the same time, the sound retains clarity and articulation. A 3-position toggle switch is used to switch between pickups. There are also volume controls for each humbucker separately and a tone control. The tone control has a built-in Push/Pull function that turns humbuckers into singles.

The guitar is equipped with a Tune-O-Matic (TOM) bridge with a Stop Bar tailpiece. This is a classic fixed system that provides excellent sustain and tuning stability. All guitar hardware, including LTD Tuners pegs, is made in black, which emphasizes its design.
