The PRS SE Custom 24 Quilt is a vivid embodiment of the PRS brand philosophy: a combination of professional quality, exquisite design, and wide sound capabilities. This model from the SE series is designed for guitarists who want maximum flexibility without compromising on style or ergonomics.
The body is made of mahogany, topped with quilted maple veneer, which gives the guitar an attractive, luxurious look. A unique detail is that the same veneer pattern continues on the headstock, emphasizing the aesthetics of the instrument. The glued-in maple neck has a comfortable Wide Thin profile, and the ebony fingerboard adds clarity and brilliance to the sound.
The model is equipped with PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers, which provide a rich tone that is well controlled at all volume levels. The push/pull switch allows you to split the coils and switch to single-coil sound, which, combined with the 3-position switch, opens up a wide range of possibilities for experimenting with tone. The guitar retains its signature playability thanks to 24 frets, comfortable access to the upper positions, and the patented PRS tremolo.
