The Yamaha NTX1 is a guitar that combines the classic sound of nylon strings with a modern design and advanced connectivity. The narrow neck and comfortable cutaway body make this model an ideal choice for musicians who are used to acoustic or electric guitars and want to discover the rich tone of nylon. The top is made of solid Sitka spruce, which provides a clear and resonant sound with good dynamics. The bottom and sides made of nato or okume complement the tonal palette with soft, warm tones.
The original soundboard bracing system enhances the bass response without sacrificing structural stability. The built-in Yamaha pickup with three-band equalizer and parametric midrange allows you to fine-tune the sound when connected to an amplifier or recording system. A chromatic tuner is also provided for easy tuning, and the guitar is powered by standard AA fingerboard batteries.
The guitar has a comfortable body depth (80-90 mm), which contributes to natural resonance and ergonomics while playing. Thanks to the buttons for the belt, the instrument is perfect for stage performances.
