The Boss RV-500 guitar effects pedal is an innovative studio-grade reverb processor designed for musicians who want the most detailed sound possible. With a high sampling rate of 96 kHz and 32-bit AD/DA conversion, the pedal captures the subtlest nuances of your playing, delivering deep, natural effects. Floating-point processing delivers smooth, incredibly dynamic sound, making the RV-500 a versatile instrument for both stage and studio use.
The device offers 12 professional reverb modes, including ROOM, HALL, SHIMMER, SPACE ECHO, and other specialized algorithms. Each mode is carefully tuned to create classic atmospheric spaces and modern experimental textures. In addition, the pedal features an expanded memory bank of up to 297 presets, allowing you to store and instantly switch between complex configurations.
The ergonomic control panel includes a large backlit graphic display, separate encoders for TIME, PRE-DELAY, LOW/HIGH and effect level, as well as convenient navigation buttons. This simplifies work with a large number of parameters and helps the musician quickly adapt the sound to any set. Support for USB, MIDI and external controllers makes the RV-500 the center of a complex pedalboard system.
The pedal is distinguished by a reliable hardware design and thoughtful interfaces: two independent mono/stereo inputs and outputs, a socket for an expression pedal, a USB port for settings and updates, as well as the ability to operate on batteries or an AC adapter. Despite its wide capabilities, the RV-500 has compact dimensions and weighs only 1 kg, which makes it convenient for transportation and daily use.
