The Zoom MS-70CDR MultiStomp combines the functionality of a multi-effects processor, typical of rack-mounted devices, into a compact pedal format. It offers 86 different effects for guitar and bass, has an easy-to-use interface, built-in chromatic tuner, and multiple power options. It is an ideal choice for guitarists and bassists looking to reduce the size of their pedalboard without sacrificing tonal variety.
The MS-70CDR includes 31 chorus and modulation effects, 26 types of delay, and 25 realistic reverbs. The choruses cover effects like phasing, flanger, tremolo, vibrato, and more. Simulations of famous pedals like TC Electronic Corona Chorus, Boss CH-1 Super Chorus, and Electro-Harmonix SmallClone are available.
In the delay category, there is a wide range of effects—from mono to stereo with delays up to 4 seconds, including emulations of popular units like the Eventide TimeFactor and MXR Carbon Copy. The "Tail" function allows delays and reverbs to fade out smoothly even after switching to another effect.
The reverbs, powered by a 32-bit DSP processor, offer studio-quality sound and realistic spatial simulations of rooms, halls, and other environments, adding depth and dimension to your sound.
Additionally, the pedal is equipped with EQs for both guitar and bass, as well as a dedicated noise reduction algorithm for clean sound. The MS-70CDR allows up to six effects to be used simultaneously, with the flexibility to combine them freely. You can store up to 50 effect patches, with 30 pre-configured by the manufacturer.
On top of that, the pedal has a chromatic tuner and Tap Tempo function for syncing delay times and modulation rates with the rhythm of a song. The pedal operates on two AA batteries, providing up to 7 hours of operation, or can be powered via adapter or USB.
