The Laney Digbeth DB200-210 bass combo amplifier impresses with its combination of vintage style and ultra-modern functionality in a compact format. This amplifier delivers a wide range of FET and tube tones in a compact, powerful, and portable design.
The DB200-210 is equipped with two 10-inch HH Blue label speakers and a 1-inch LaVoce compression driver, ensuring crystal-clear sound and deep bass. It features two channels with the ability to switch between FET and tube sections, allowing you to blend these sections for your desired sound. The power output is 200 watts.
Controls are located on the top panel of the amplifier. Among them are separate volume controls for FET and tube, a Drive knob, and an equalizer with selective mid-frequency curves and a TILT function. The TILT function has a neutral position in the center. Turning the knob clockwise increases mid and high frequencies while decreasing lows, making the sound more articulate and suitable for live performances. Turning it counterclockwise decreases mid and high frequencies while increasing lows, resulting in a rounder sound.
The FX loop allows you to add effects to the signal path between the preamp and output sections. The DB200-210 also features a headphone jack, balanced XLR DI output for connection to PA systems or recording interfaces without the need for microphones, a ground switch to reduce unwanted noise, and a stereo AUX input. Ergonomic metal side handles facilitate easy transportation of the amplifier.
