The Bad Cat Hot Cat Head is a modern reimagining of the legendary guitar amplifier that first debuted in 2005 and gained widespread recognition among professionals. This new generation combines two decades of development experience with advanced engineering to offer exceptional flexibility and power for both stage and studio use.

Delivering 45 watts of power via a pair of EL34 tubes in a Class AB fixed-bias configuration, the Hot Cat Head produces tight, detailed tones with excellent dynamic range. Its two channels feature independent Gain and Volume controls, along with Hi/Lo Gain switches, enabling a wide array of tones — from pristine cleans to rich, saturated overdrive.

Tone shaping is handled via a 3-band EQ (Bass, Mid, Treble), along with global Master, Presence, and studio-quality Reverb controls to add depth and dimension. A fully buffered FX loop ensures flawless integration with pedalboards, maintaining signal clarity and fidelity.

The Hot Cat Head offers flexible connectivity options, including an FX Loop, Line Out, five speaker output configurations (4, 8, 16 ohms), and a footswitch input (footswitch included) for channel and mode switching.
