The main feature is the GrandTouch-S keyboard with hammer action and Escapement simulation. The sound of the piano is based on updated samples of Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial concert grand pianos, which perfectly convey both the power and warmth of their sound. Virtual Resonance Modeling (VRM) technology recreates the beautiful resonance of the body, strings, and soundboard, providing a rich, space-filling sound. Additionally, binaural sampling allows for a headphone experience that is completely acoustically immersive.
The CLP-825 offers 10 high-quality tones, 256-note polyphony, and Dual, Duo, and Layer functions to expand your creative possibilities. The built-in 2-track sequencer allows you to record your own compositions. The instrument supports Bluetooth (Audio and MIDI), which allows you to play music wirelessly or connect to the Smart Pianist app for advanced control.
The 2 × 20 W speaker system with 12 cm drivers provides surround and balanced sound. Intelligent Acoustic Control (IAC) automatically adapts the sound to the volume, preserving tone quality even when playing quietly. Two headphone outputs and a USB audio interface make the instrument convenient for home practice and recording.
