Synthesizer ASM Hydrasynth Deluxe

Synthesizer ASM Hydrasynth Deluxe is the perfect choice for the musician, as it combines a dual sound engine with maximum polyphony and a 73-note Polytouch® keyboard. The polyphonic aftertouch response adds functionality, so every note becomes clear and lively, and the control over the sound is flexible and expressive.

Dual sound engine

This instrument can be used as a single 16-voice patch, as it has 16 voices of polyphony: or split into two 8-voice engines separately, which is great for multi-layered parts. Independent stereo outputs are provided for each part, with its own balance for an expanded sound. The oscillators, noise and ring modulator pass through two powerful filters that can be easily connected in series or parallel. This ensures signal transmission and the creation of complex timbres

Convenient Polytouch® keyboard

It has 73 semi-weighted notes with polyphonic aftertouch. It is velocity-sensitive with Note On/Off and supports monophonic aftertouch, allowing each note to respond individually for maximum expressiveness.

Ribbon Controller

Spans 4 octaves and is positioned above the keyboard for easy access. It can act as a modulation source, pitch control, or even a monophonic instrument. It can also be quantized to one of 60 scales or used to control external modular systems via CV.

Oscillators and Waveform Transformation

The Hydrasynth Deluxe is equipped with three oscillators, each with 219 single-cycle waves. Two of them support WaveMorphing and WAVELIST mode, which allows you to combine up to 8 waves in any sequence with smooth transitions between them. In addition, there is the ability to select the oscillator bit depth for creating vintage or rough sounds.

Mutators

The Hydrasynth Deluxe features powerful mutants for FM, WavStack™, Osc Sync, Pulse Width (PW-Orig, PW-Compression, PW-ASM), Harmonic Scan, and PhazDiff. They allow you to modulate and shape your sound in new ways without the need for additional oscillators.

Filters

Featured with two filters: Filter 1 offers 16 models, including vocal and formant modes, while Filter 2 is a 12dB SEM-like with a variable state. Both filters can be connected in series or parallel, allowing you to create complex and rich tones.

LFOs and Envelopes

The Hydrasynth Deluxe features five LFOs with ten waveforms, STEP mode, BPM sync, and One-Shot function, as well as five DAHDSR envelopes with six segments that can be looped and used as LFOs. This provides maximum flexibility for modulating any parameter of the synthesizer.

Modulation Matrix

The Hydrasynth Deluxe Modulation Matrix contains 32 slots, 35 sources and 191 destinations, supports CV Mod In/Out and 128 MIDI CC, and allows you to route modulation to effects, arpeggiator and macros.

Arpeggiator

The arpeggiator supports both parts of the keyboard (Upper/Lower) in Multi mode, offers classic and phrase modes, RATCHET, CHANCE, Step Offset up to 6 octaves and allows you to modulate parameters via LFO, envelopes, aftertouch and a ribbon controller.

Patches and Macros

The Hydrasynth Deluxe has 8 banks of 128 patches in single mode, and 5 banks of 128 patches in multi mode with independent Upper/Lower patches. Macros allow you to control up to 128 destinations simultaneously via 8 pairs of encoders and buttons. Easily search and sort patches using the built-in browser and Patch Manager for Windows/macOS.

Key Controls

OLED displays, high-resolution encoders and 8 buttons let you browse patch and effect parameters, while INIT, RANDOM and HOME buttons allow for quick editing and experimentation.
