The Elektron Digitone II is an innovative multi-timbral polyphonic synthesizer that breaks new ground in FM synthesis and sequencing. It combines powerful functionality with the flexibility of a modular design. With 16 tracks that can be used for both synthesis and MIDI, the Digitone II offers a versatile approach to sound creation. Four unique synthesizer machines (Wavetone, Swarmer, FM Tone, FM Drum) allow you to experiment with sound textures, creating both melodic landscapes and percussive elements.
An advanced filter system provides endless possibilities for sound processing, from Comb filters to 4-pole Lowpass and multifunctional EQ. With three assignable LFOs for each voice and numerous modulation options, you can take your sound to the next level. Built-in effects such as reverb, delay, chorus, overdrive, and bit crunch add depth and character to every track.
A powerful 128-step sequencer offers step parameter settings, trigger conditions, probabilities, Euclidean sequences, and microtiming, providing endless creative possibilities. The song mode, arpeggiator, and note settings allow you to create polyphonic compositions with an individual approach to each note.
The Digitone II has a robust metal body and supports connectivity to other devices via MIDI, USB, and audio inputs/outputs. Integration with Overbridge allows you to work with digital audio workstations, and the built-in external input mixer adds convenience when working in the studio or on stage.
