The Expressive E Osmose synthesizer is a revolutionary instrument that ushers in a new era of musical expression. It's the world's first synthesizer to combine familiar keyboard play with full 3D control, allowing you to control sound with taps, bends, slides, shakes, and other intuitive gestures. Osmose doesn't just respond to your movements - it transforms them into a living musical language.
At its heart is an innovative keyboard with Augmented Keyboard Action (A.K.A.) technology - 49 full-size semi-weighted keys, each of which is able to respond to the slightest changes in touch force and direction. This makes Osmose sound as natural as an acoustic instrument, while offering the depth of electronic synthesis.
The synthesizer is equipped with Haken Audio's EaganMatrix sound engine, a powerful modular environment that combines FM, virtual analog, physical modeling, and other types of synthesis. With more than 500 presets, flexible macros, and a user-friendly editor, you can quickly customize a unique tone.
Osmose also supports classical and MPE MIDI configurations, so it can work as an innovative controller for external instruments. The large color display, built-in arpeggiator, and customizable sensitivity make it friendly to both beginners and experienced musicians.
