Teenage Engineering EP–1320 Medieval is a unique portable sampler and groove box that combines modern capabilities with authentic medieval sounds. It is a new generation instrument designed for those who want to add historical depth to their electronic compositions or create the atmosphere of bygone eras for events, soundtracks, and stage performances. Its compact body (240 × 176 × 16 mm) houses a library of medieval instruments, a rich set of effects, sensitive keys, and powerful sampling capabilities.

The device supports up to 12 simultaneous mono or 6 stereo voices, has 128 MB of memory, of which 96 MB is reserved for built-in sounds (lutes, flutes, drums, organs, etc.), and 32 MB for user samples. You can record sounds via the built-in microphone or line input, trim samples manually or automatically, add them to tracks, and process them with effects: dungeon echo, torture reverb, drunk delay, and others. Pressure-sensitive keys and a multifunctional fader open up a wide range of possibilities for expressive performances and live performances.

Demus mode with 9 built-in “songs” and 4 instrument sets allows you to immediately immerse yourself in a medieval atmosphere, creating music together with a digital ensemble. MIDI and USB-C support ensures integration into any modern studio or stage system. Powered by 4 AAA batteries or USB.
