Today we celebrate a special holiday - the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, and very soon we will celebrate the Independence Day of our state. These two days fill our hearts with pride for our country, its history, culture and invincible spirit. This year we are even more aware of the value of our flag, a symbol of freedom, unity and invincibility of the Ukrainian people. Under the blue and yellow flag, we defend our independence, build a future for the next generations, and believe in victory.

Over the years, our people have repeatedly demonstrated their resilience, wisdom and fortitude. We are going through trying times, but at the same time, these times open up new horizons for development and self-improvement. Every day we prove to the world and to ourselves that Ukraine is  it is not just a state on the map, it is a living organism fighting for the right to exist and prosper.

Independence Day is a reminder of the enormous price we have paid and continue to pay for freedom. It is time to remember the heroes who gave their lives for our peaceful skies, and those who continue to fight for our country today. Their feat will never be forgotten, and their faith in Ukraine is our inspiration and our hope.

We continue to create a new Ukraine - modern, strong, innovative. We believe in our victory, in the prosperity of our economy, the strengthening of democratic values, and that Ukraine will become a full-fledged player in the international arena. We glorify our native land, our people, and our unbending will! Let the blue and yellow flag always proudly flutter in the peaceful sky over free Ukraine!
