Buying cheaper - in the end you pay more!
Saving "five cents", you expose yourself to serious risks:
1. The risk of buying a fake.
Non-specialized stores that sell "everything" or small unknown points often sell counterfeit goods. Modern technologies allow manufacturers of counterfeits to achieve high similarity with the originals, so it is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish counterfeit.
2. Counterfeit goods.
These are products imported illegally, without paying taxes and in violation of Ukrainian laws. By purchasing such goods, you become an accomplice to illegal activity. Failure to pay taxes has a negative impact on the country's economic development and defense capability.
- Most often, smugglers operate in the western regions of Ukraine (for example, Lviv). These can be small, little-known one-day stores that advertise on Google, but have weak organic activity.
- Sometimes even well-known stores, especially in Kyiv, are involved in smuggling. Some of them are branches of Belarusian companies with Russian investments, which only increases the risks.
3. No official guarantee.
Counterfeit or contraband goods do not have an official guarantee. At best, you can expect a "conditional" guarantee that is poorly executed or does not apply at all.
Summary:
By purchasing a cheaper product, you risk getting a counterfeit, becoming an accomplice to illegal activity, and being left without a guarantee. Don't skimp on quality and safety - choose trusted specialized stores.
