The Ukrainian Constitution, which was adopted on June 28, 1996, defines our country as an independent, democratic, legal state aimed at protecting people's rights and freedoms. It guarantees equality before the law, freedom of speech, religion, association, as well as the right to life, work and education.
Today, the symbol of freedom and independence is fought in bloody battles against the Russian aggressor. This day is a time for reflection and a thoughtful look at our past, present and future. We wish all citizens of Ukraine to feel protected in accordance with the Constitution, to enjoy freedom and respect for our fellow citizens.
Let the Constitution protect our rights and guarantee equality. Together we strengthen our state and work for victory. Congratulations on the Constitution Day of Ukraine! We wish peace, prosperity and happiness to every Ukrainian. Together we will be able to build a better future for us and our descendants.
