The Occitania series offers a modern approach to the proven tradition of Spanish guitar craft that separates it from the competition. These guitars impress with their rich, warm tones and extremely comfortable playability. Upon first contact with the guitar one instantly recognizes the abundant harmonics and projection that is so valuable to the classical guitarist. A double tension bar allows for complete adjustment over the neck, an advantage that is not typical of guitars of this style.
The Lag Occitania OC118 is a classical Occitania series guitar. Size 4/4. The solid spruce top adds depth and volume to the sound. The back, sides and neck are made of dark brown khaya wood, while the bridge and fingerboard are made of rosewood. The nuts are made of graphite.
