The PRS SE A40E (Natural) is an electro-acoustic guitar that combines classic tone with innovative technology and premium design. The solid Sitka spruce top delivers a powerful, resonant tone with excellent responsiveness to playing dynamics, while the ovangkol back and sides add depth and warmth to the sound. Thanks to the patented PRS Hybrid “X”/Classical Bracing system, the top has the freedom to vibrate, allowing each note to sound rich, full, and expressive.
The Angelus Cutaway body provides easy access to the upper frets, making the instrument comfortable for both fingerpicking and using a pick. The mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard has a Wide Fat profile for a confident feel and stable sound.
The Fishman GT1 built-in electronics with an undercutting pickup and preamp in the soundhole deliver a natural sound, allowing you to easily switch between rehearsal and stage performance. With volume and tone controls located in the soundhole, you can quickly customize the sound without interfering with the body design.
The aesthetic perfection of the PRS SE A40E is emphasized by the inlaid tiger acrylic rosette, white trim on the soundboard, and signature bird-shaped fret markers. The package includes a high-quality branded case for safe storage and transportation of the instrument.
