The Ahead MS is an elongated, lightweight drumsticks designed for fast and powerful playing in medium to heavy rock music styles. Ideal for those looking for more reach and speed without losing control, these sticks are 16.5 inches long, weigh 65 grams and have a standard diameter of 0.595 inches. They were designed with the aesthetics and dynamics of the Guns N' Roses style in mind, so are great for both studio work and live performances.
The body is made of heavy-duty aluminum alloy, and the replaceable LT polyurethane coating protects the stick and hardware from wear and tear. The high quality ST801 nylon tip (Teardrop shape) creates a soft, tree-like sound especially suited for nuanced cymbal playing.
