The Promark Rebound 7A FireGrain is an extremely lightweight, sensitive stick with enhanced durability, designed for those looking for precision and durability. FireGrain's unique heat treatment process makes traditional American walnut even more resistant to wear and tear, while maintaining a natural balance and comfortable response. This process requires no extraneous coatings or additional materials - just fire-hardened wood.
The model is 16" long and 13.6mm (0.535") in diameter, perfect for delicate playing, jazz or fusion. The Rebound-type cone promotes fast rebound, while the acorn-shaped wooden tip provides a crisp sound with an extended attack area, which is especially noticeable on cymbals.
