Vater Recording drumsticks are made from American hickory — one of the strongest and most reliable materials for drumsticks. This wood provides excellent vibration and rebound absorption, reducing strain on the wrists and increasing comfort during long practice or recording sessions. The model features a classic 16" length, a thinner 0.56" diameter, and a barrel-shaped wooden tip for balanced tone and precision, especially in studio use.
