The Sela SEOD45 Ocean Drum is a unique percussion instrument that brings the magic of the ocean to life. Its body diameter is 45 cm (18"). It is made of beech wood and features two drumheads: one made of natural skin and the other of synthetic material. Inside the drum are small metal and plastic beads that create sounds reminiscent of ocean waves when they move. The player can create various sound effects by tilting or shaking the drum. Gentle movements produce soothing ocean sounds, while intense movements evoke the roar of a storm. The Sela Ocean Drum is easy to master, making it suitable for people of all ages, and it can be used in meditation, therapy, live performances, or in teaching children music.
