Conference microphone AKG CGN99 H/Large

The AKG CGN99 H/Large is a high-quality condenser microphone from the professional DAC series. Featuring a hypercardioid polar pattern, it effectively suppresses unwanted side noise and delivers clear, intelligible voice reproduction—even at a greater distance from the capsule. This makes it an ideal choice for conference rooms, public speaking, and both fixed and mobile installations.

The microphone is equipped with a durable, flexible gooseneck measuring 50 cm in length, allowing easy positioning to suit the user’s needs. The built-in XLR adapter supports phantom power (9 to 52 V) and includes a 250 Hz bass rolloff filter to eliminate unwanted hum. The CGN99 H/L connects to any standard mixer and provides a balanced audio output via a 3-pin XLR connector.

It offers a frequency response from 50 to 19000 Hz, sensitivity of 12 mV/Pa, electrical impedance of 600 Ohms, and a signal-to-noise ratio of 73 dB-A. The microphone has a diameter of 13.5 mm, a height of 380 mm, and weighs just 160 g. A windscreen is included in the package.
