The Shure MX392/C Cardioid boundary layer microphone is a professional solution for audio recording and broadcasting in conference rooms, training centers, and places of worship where voice clarity, installation aesthetics, and control flexibility are important. Thanks to its interchangeable condenser cartridge with a supercardioid polar pattern, the model provides narrow focus on the sound source with a high level of noise rejection, reducing feedback even in challenging acoustic environments.

The MX392/C has a low-profile design with a smooth surface that does not attract unnecessary attention on a table or pulpit. A programmable silent membrane switch allows you to configure the operating mode (Push-to-Talk, Push-to-Mute, or Push-On/Off), while TTL logic inputs/outputs and an LED indicator enhance integration with automation systems. Power is supplied via a phantom source (11 to 52 V), eliminating the need for additional power supplies.

A frequency range of 50 Hz to 17 kHz, sensitivity of -28 dBV/Pa (39 mV/Pa), and a maximum sound pressure level of 118 dB ensure natural and clear voice reproduction. The 3.66 m cable contains a shielded audio pair and logic control wires, allowing for easy integration into installations of any complexity.
