The Shure ULXD2/SM58-K51 radio system transmitter is a professional handheld microphone transmitter with a built-in SM58 dynamic capsule, designed for flawless vocal sound in concert, studio, and conference settings. Thanks to ULX-D digital technology, this transmitter provides high-precision audio signal transmission with 24-bit/48 kHz resolution, a wide frequency range of 50 Hz to 15 kHz, and a dynamic range of over 120 dB.
The SM58 capsule with a cardioid polar pattern minimizes background noise and effectively suppresses unwanted sounds from the sides and rear, making this microphone the ideal choice for vocalists. Thanks to Gain Ranging technology, there is no need to manually adjust the gain level — the system automatically optimizes the settings for the signal source.
The transmitter is equipped with a high-contrast backlit LCD display for easy viewing of parameters and settings. The rugged metal housing can withstand heavy use, and infrared synchronization support simplifies connection to the receiver. 256-bit AES encryption ensures secure data transmission — especially important in environments that require confidentiality.
The Shure ULXD2/SM58-K51 is powered by two AA batteries or the SB900A proprietary lithium-ion battery. In the latter case, the microphone provides up to 12 hours of battery life with accurate display of the remaining charge in hours and minutes.
