The Shure BLX24/SM58 offers artists and hosts a cost-effective wireless microphone system with quality sound, easy setup, intuitive controls, and reliable performance right out of the box. It includes a compact and lightweight BLX4 single-channel desktop receiver with internal antennas, ideal for portable use. The BLX24/SM58 also includes the BLX2 handheld transmitter, featuring the legendary SM58 cardioid dynamic capsule, the industry standard for vocalists and announcers. The rugged BLX2 handheld transmitter is lightweight, ergonomically designed, and fits comfortably in the hand. The group and channel selection buttons allow you to quickly and easily match the frequency with the receiver. The built-in spherical wind and pop filter reduces noise for clear and intelligible speech. The receiver is equipped with a QuickScan frequency selection feature to quickly search for available frequencies and identify a clear RF channel in the event of interference. The system provides up to 14 hours of continuous operation from two AA batteries at a distance of up to 100 meters. Up to 12 microchannels can operate simultaneously in each frequency range. The receiver is equipped with a 1/4" jack and 3-pin XLR outputs for connecting to speakers and mixing consoles. This system is well suited for live performances and events in small venues, wedding halls, and houses of worship, as well as in conference rooms, and educational and corporate institutions.
Note: When purchasing individual wireless components, please match their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. Shure BLX24E/SM58-H8E operates in the frequency range 518 - 542 MHz.
