Shure BLX2/B58 is a handheld wireless microphone transmitter compatible with BLX series receivers. It features a built-in Beta 58A dynamic capsule optimized for crisp, clear vocals with brighter mids and low-frequency rejection to control the proximity effect. The capsule features a neodymium magnet for increased sensitivity and high power output, as well as a dense super-cardioid polar pattern that greatly minimizes background noise and feedback. Dent-resistant steel mesh grille withstands wear and tear and abuse. A built-in pop filter reduces unwanted wind and breath noise for clear and intelligible speech. With a lightweight, ergonomic design, the BLX2/B58 is comfortable to hold in your hand. It provides up to 14 hours of continuous operation on two included AA batteries at a distance of up to 100 meters. The group and channel selection buttons allow you to quickly and easily match the frequency with the receiver. Other features include an easily accessible power on/off button and gain control.
Note: When purchasing individual wireless components, please match their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. Shure BLX2/B58-K3E operates in the frequency range 606 - 630 MHz.
