The Shure BLX2/SM58-H8E is a handheld wireless microphone transmitter compatible with the BLX series receivers. It features a built-in SM58 dynamic capsule optimized for clear, expressive vocals with brighter mids and low-frequency deflection to control the closeness effect. The capsule is equipped with a neodymium magnet for increased sensitivity and high output power, as well as a cardioid polar pattern that significantly minimizes background noise and feedback. The dent-resistant steel mesh grille withstands wear and tear and mishandling. The built-in pop filter reduces unwanted wind and breathing noise, ensuring speech clarity and intelligibility. Thanks to its lightweight ergonomic design, the BLX2/SM58 is comfortable to hold in your hand. It provides up to 14 hours of continuous operation from the two included AA batteries at a distance of up to 91 meters. Group and channel selection buttons allow you to quickly and easily match the frequency with the receiver. Other features include an easily accessible power on/off button and gain control.
Note. When purchasing individual wireless components, please check their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. Shure BLX2/B58-H8E operates in the frequency range of 518 – 542 MHz.
