The Shure BLX24/B58-H8E is a handheld wireless microphone transmitter compatible with BLX series receivers. It features the legendary cardioid dynamic capsule, which is the industry standard for vocalists and announcers. The capsule has a cardioid polar pattern that minimizes background noise and feedback. Brightened midrange and bass roll-offs provide the coveted warmth and clarity of vocals. A built-in spherical wind and pop filter reduces plosives for clear, intelligible speech. Thanks to its lightweight, ergonomic design, the it is comfortable to hold in your hand. It provides up to 14 hours of continuous operation on two included AA batteries up to 300' away. The group and channel selection buttons make it quick and easy to match the frequency to the receiver. The BLX4 receiver uses microprocessor control of internal antenna diversity to improve wireless audio quality and reliability. An LED display shows group and channel settings, and two LEDs indicate system availability and the strength of the incoming audio signal. The unit has 1/4" and XLR outputs for connection to PA systems and mixing consoles.
Note: When purchasing individual wireless components, please match their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. Shure BLX24/B58-H8E operates in the frequency range 518 - 542 MHz.
