The Sennheiser EW-D SK Base Set (Q1-6) is a reliable, compact, and versatile solution for professional live sound applications. It ensures high-quality audio transmission and stable performance even in challenging stage or concert hall environments.
The system supports a bandwidth of up to 56 MHz and allows selection of up to 2240 configurable reception frequencies in the UHF range, enabling the use of up to 90 microphone channels simultaneously per band. The automatic tuning feature quickly finds free frequencies and guarantees a stable signal even in a crowded RF environment.
The digital audio signal is transmitted with maximum protection against noise, static, and other interference. The proprietary codec ensures ultra-low latency of only 1.9 ms and a dynamic range of 134 dB, delivering top-quality sound without the need for manual microphone gain adjustment. 24-bit audio processing provides crystal-clear, distortion-free audio.
System control and monitoring can be performed locally or remotely via the EW-D Smart Assist mobile app on iOS or Android devices. The receiver and transmitters are housed in robust metal enclosures, ensuring reliability and durability for professional use.
The set provides up to 12 hours of battery-powered operation and up to 8 hours using AA batteries, with a signal transmission range of up to 100 meters.
Note: When purchasing individual wireless components, please verify their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. The Sennheiser EW-D SK Base Set (Q1-6) operates in the frequency range 470.2 - 526 MHz!
