The set includes a stationary receiver with two separate channels, an HT40 handheld microphone with a dynamic cardioid capsule, and a PT40 Mini beltpack transmitter equipped with a professional 3-pin mini-XLR connector. This makes the PT40 Mini easy to connect to instrument microphones, headsets, or electric guitars.
The system operates at fixed frequencies of 537.500 MHz and 537.900 MHz, delivering an impressive signal-to-noise ratio of 110 dB. The receiver provides a frequency response of 40–20,000 Hz, and both transmitters provide 45–15,000 Hz. The range is up to 30 meters, making the system convenient for stage, rehearsal, or educational purposes.
The transmitters are powered by a single AA battery, which provides up to 30 hours of operation — an exceptional battery life that significantly reduces the cost of replacing batteries.
