The AKG WMS470 Vocal Set D5 is a reliable and powerful wireless radio system that combines stage durability with professional sound quality. The set includes an SR470 receiver and an HT470 handheld transmitter with a built-in D5 dynamic supercardioid capsule, which provides exceptional vocal clarity and effective feedback suppression even in challenging live performance environments.

The system operates in the 570.100–600.500 MHz frequency range using wideband FM modulation and supports up to 16 simultaneously active channels within a single band or up to 48 channels when using multiple frequency ranges. The built-in automatic scanning and frequency tuning function greatly simplifies operation, and the pilot tone system prevents unwanted noise when switching channels.

The HT470 transmitter supports up to 14 hours of battery life when using AA lithium batteries, and can also operate with alkaline or rechargeable batteries. The SR470 receiver has a balanced XLR output and an unbalanced 6.3 mm jack, allowing the system to be easily integrated into any audio complex. With high sensitivity (6.3 dBV / -100 dBm) and a signal-to-noise ratio of 120 dB(A), the AKG WMS470 D5 delivers studio-quality transmission even in large venues.
