The Sennheiser EW-D ME4 Set (Q1-6) is a high-quality digital wireless system designed for hosts, moderators, lecturers, and talk show participants. It combines a compact EW-D EM receiver, a reliable EW-D SK bodypack transmitter, and a miniature cardioid ME4 lavalier microphone with a clip for easy attachment.
The system operates in the UHF range with digital signal transmission, ensuring clear sound, free from noise and interference, and a minimal latency of only 1.9 ms. A 134 dB dynamic range and 24-bit audio processing provide crystal-clear sound and high detail of voice or instrument without the need to adjust microphone sensitivity.
System settings and monitoring can be managed directly or remotely via the EW-D Smart Assist app on iOS and Android, connected through Bluetooth Low Energy. The auto-scan feature quickly finds free frequencies and ensures a stable signal even in complex environments with many channels.
The system supports a bandwidth of up to 56 MHz, allows selection of up to 2240 frequencies, and can use up to 90 microphone channels simultaneously. Operation lasts up to 12 hours with a lithium-ion battery or up to 8 hours with two AA batteries. The signal transmission range reaches up to 100 meters, making the system ideal for large stages, studios, and auditoriums.
