The Sennheiser Profile Wireless 1-Channel Set includes a clip-on microphone with holder, a windscreen, a magnetic holder, a 2.4 GHz 2-channel receiver, USB cables with USB-C and Lightning adapters, a camera connection cable, a universal mounting adapter, and a compact branded carrying pouch.
Profile Wireless supports 32-bit float recording, allowing you to capture top-quality audio with wide dynamic range and no clipping. The single-channel system is easy to connect, the microphone has 16 GB of internal memory for up to 30 hours of recording, and recording can be started or stopped either on the microphone itself or remotely via the receiver.
The system features Safety Channel mode, which automatically records a backup track at a lower volume to prevent clipping, and Backup Recording mode, which saves audio to the microphone's internal memory if the wireless signal weakens or is lost. The microphone connects to the receiver once and reconnects automatically thereafter.
Profile Wireless is versatile: the receiver and microphone can be connected to a camera, computer, or smartphone. The microphone features standard 3.5 mm TRS connectors with locks for additional Sennheiser lavalier mics and a dedicated headphone output. The receiver’s OLED display includes a gyro sensor that automatically adjusts the screen orientation based on device position.
