The Sennheiser EW-DX MKE 2 Set (Q1-9) combines decades of engineering expertise with innovative technologies, delivering flawless audio transmission quality, stable UHF performance, and ease of use even in challenging RF environments.
The set includes two compact EW-DX SK bodypack transmitters, two omni-directional MKE 2 lavalier microphones, and a dual-channel rackmount receiver EW-DX EM 2. Power is provided by removable BA 70 lithium-ion batteries, offering up to 12 hours of continuous operation.
The EW-DX EM 2 receiver features a wide switching bandwidth of up to 88 MHz and supports equidistant channel spacing. In Standard Mode, the system allows up to 146 channels, while in Link Density Mode – up to 293 channels. All parameters are easy to configure via the informative OLED display, intuitive menu, and remote control options through Ethernet, Bluetooth, or the Sennheiser Smart Assist App.
The EW-DX SK bodypack transmitters are equipped with integrated charging contacts, a customizable mute switch, and a persistent eInk display that shows information even when powered off. They operate with a 134 dB dynamic range and ultra-low latency of 1.9 ms, ensuring perfect audio-video synchronization. With AES 256 encryption, the system provides secure protection of transmitted data.
